Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. If anything is unclear, our team is happy to walk you through it.

This Refund Policy explains how billing, trials, and refunds work for RailContent subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to begin. You're free to explore the full workspace during this period at no cost — if you don't choose a paid plan, your trial simply ends and no charge occurs.

2. Subscription Charges

Once you choose a paid plan, billing begins based on the cycle you select (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically until cancelled. You can see your current plan and next billing date any time in your workspace's Billing settings.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from Billing settings, with no cancellation fee. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current paid period, and your workspace data is kept safe in case you'd like to come back later.

4. Refund Eligibility

Because every plan includes a 14-day free trial before any charge occurs, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a billing mistake or a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.

5. Plan Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the change takes effect based on your current billing settings; we don't charge you twice for the same period.

6. How to Request a Refund Review

Reach out via our Contact page with your company name and the billing date in question, and our team will get back to you.
