These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RailContent (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and your company's workspace.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as selected at signup. Trials do not require a credit card. Once a paid plan starts, charges renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Prices for each plan are shown on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RailContent to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
4. Your Content
You and your team retain ownership of the content, files, and data you add to your workspace. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate the Service for you.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace's Billing settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. See our Refund Policy for details on billing and data after cancellation.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep RailContent reliable and available, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
RailContent is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or have significantly overdue payments, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account owners directly.
